InVenFin is a seed and early stage venture capital fund. As part of Remgro Ltd, we have an established, global business network with a proven track record. Our funding requirements are flexible but all investments must have unique intellectual property.
We are interested in all types of innovation, in all sectors. This may involve a new product, process, software innovation, device, technology or business model.
We are looking for profitable opportunities that can succeed internationally. We aim to provide early stage venture capital as well as the supporting skills and networks as well as strategic advice required by start-ups to increase their chances of success.
Investment Criteria
- Intellectual Property (IP): Your concept must be protectable and sufficiently differentiated.
- International Potential: We are looking for ideas that have large potential markets globally.
- This is Venture Capital: We look for concepts which offer higher value potential and in return we accept a level of risk higher than traditional investors.
- Enthusiasm: We want entrepreneurs who are passionate and committed.

Our Process at a Glimpse
Before we delve into numbers, valuations and the deal structures, our team wants to learn all about you and your business concept. If we like what we hear, we’ll explore the opportunity further with you.
Assuming that your concept has knocked us out, and it's based on protectable intellectual property, we will follow through with a more detailed investigation of your concept and the market place. It is important though that you've done your homework and have a good idea of what else is out there, globallt! With you, we will research the market further and validate the proposition in order to determine a clear strategy to evolve your big idea. Finally we will structure an investment in a way to meet your and our needs.
No investment is too small for InVenFin, and if it is too big we can always present it to Remgro.
